So, instead of competing with these legendary cities, we complemented them – positioning DeSoto as an off-the-beaten-path alternative, appealing to a thirst for exploration and “something new” that today’s travelers increasingly desire. 

This fully integrated campaign (including logo and identity, omni-channel advertising executions, website and  live experiences) has not only put DeSoto County firmly on the tourism map, it has increased results on every level – including hotel room nights, restaurant traffic and special events attendance. The campaign has also caught the attention of the broader creative community, with a recent feature in Communication Arts Magazine.
