Building a Business-to-Business Brand

During the COVID-19 pandemic, Terminix Commercial was designated an “essential service” by the Federal Government. As agency for the brand, Sullivan created a two-pronged campaign. The first step was focused on Terminix Commercial’s internal audience –  reaffirming the brand’s commitment to, and pride in, its field workforce. The second step pushed the “Commercial Strength” messaging out into the customer world – reminding the brand’s business-to-business customers of the commitment shown by their Terminix Commercial team.
