Fox Sports, owner of the USFL, selected Sullivan to help relaunch the Memphis Showboats – the beloved professional football team from the league's first iteration in the 1980s – across the mid-south market. Sullivan's work encompasses strategic positioning, region-wide marketing and advertising support, publicity and public relations, community events, and working with experiential activation partner, Behind the Scenes, to develop game day and in-game activations.
