When Williams-Sonoma asked Sullivan Branding to help recruit thousands of Gen Z and Millennial employees for the key winter holiday season, we not only developed and designed an engaging theme – we brought it to life through a social, mobile, digital, and experiential media campaign (as well as a peer-to-peer referral program) that delivered enough highly qualified candidates to fill more 3,000 open positions in a tight labor market.
